Letting go of the past

Many of us spend excessive amounts of time thinking of negative past experiences, not allowing our mind to relax and enjoy precious present moments. Spending too much time in the past can have negative effects on our lives in many ways, including our physical well being. Deeply rooted unresolved emotions can impact our relationships, our jobs, and even our future.

We often know that we should release these unwanted feelings that don't serve us. However, our subconscious mind is holding onto them, and it keeps bringing them up over and over again. But why? Sometimes, we are so used to a certain way of living, and our mind is simply afraid of the unknown. Other times, there might be secondary benefits - it's easier to blame other individuals or circumstances instead of being accountable for our actions, accepting our mistakes, and allowing to move forward.
